Risk disclosure

$KYZN is a digital asset. Its price can fall to zero. The following risks apply and are not exhaustive.

Market

$KYZN trades freely on a Uniswap v2 pool against WETH. Its market price is volatile; the Reserve honours only redemption at backing minus 2%, and backing can sit far below the market price.

Trade tax

A 4% tax applies to every buy and sell through the pool. Swaps need slippage above 4%, and some wallets and screeners flag taxed tokens.

Backing

Backing per $KYZN depends on the market value of tokenized equities (NVDA, AMD and others) and can decline.

Oracle

Reserve and synthetic prices depend on Chainlink and attested feeds. Feed errors or delays affect valuations and liquidations.

Smart contract

Contracts may contain defects despite testing. Losses from defects may not be recoverable.

Tokenized equity

Robinhood Stock Tokens carry issuer, custody and market-hours risks, and are not available to US persons.

Staking

Staking rewards depend on trading volume and can be zero. Rewards are paid in ETH, whose value can decline.

Synthetics

Synthetic positions below the 150% collateral ratio are liquidated by Dutch auction.

Regulatory

Laws in your jurisdiction may restrict or prohibit use. You are responsible for compliance.
