Protocol Overview

AI capacity is bound by silicon. Each month the Silicon Engine names the binding stage of the chip supply chain from a published scorecard, and the Reserve’s target weights follow it. Kyzen Network holds the equity of the companies at each stage under three fixed rules.

The Silicon Engine identifies the binding stage of the chip supply chain each month and sets the Reserve’s target weights toward it. Current bottleneck: Memory.

AcquireHow can I acquire $KYZN?

$KYZN trades on Uniswap v2 on Robinhood Chain (chain 4663), paired with WETH. Use only the contract address published on this page. A 4% tax applies to buys and sells, so swaps need slippage above the tax, with room for price movement.

BackingWhat backs $KYZN?

The Reserve: tokenized chip equities, starting with NVDA and AMD in a 50/50 target, priced by Chainlink. 2% of every trade reaches it as ETH and is converted during market hours. Backing per $KYZN equals Reserve value divided by total supply.

RedeemCan I redeem $KYZN for the underlying assets?

Yes. Redemption burns $KYZN and pays out a pro-rata share of every Reserve asset, including ETH not yet converted, at backing minus 2%. There is no cooldown, and the 2% remains in the Reserve.

StakingHow does staking work?

Stake $KYZN with no lock to earn 1% of every trade. The ETH is funded every 24 hours and streamed to stakers by the second, pro-rata to stake. Claim it as ETH or compound it into your stake without tax.

Silicon EngineWhat does the Silicon Engine do?

Each month the Bottleneck Model assesses five stages of the chip supply chain, publishes a memo and sets the Reserve’s target weights toward the binding stage. New purchases follow the weights; the Reserve does not sell to reach a target. No stage may exceed 50% of the Reserve.

AI GatewayWhat is the AI Gateway?

An OpenAI-compatible endpoint for open-weight models, priced in $KYZN at host cost plus a 10% margin. The margin is burned.

TeamIs there a team allocation?

Yes: 10% of supply, locked in a Sablier stream with a 6-month cliff and 12 months of linear vesting. Separately, the trade tax funds development: at the 4% tax, development takes 1% of each trade, the rest after 2% to the Reserve and 1% to stakers.

TaxCan the tax change?

No. It is 4% on buys and sells, and ownership of the token is renounced, so nothing in the token can change: not the tax, its receivers or any setting. The contract has no mint, blacklist, pause or trading switch.

AccessWho can participate?

Everyone can stake, claim and use the AI Gateway. In the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, where Robinhood Stock Tokens are barred or restricted, Redeem and the Silicon markets are closed, and the terms of use bar persons there from them. Read the legal and risk page before participating.
